im tryin to put a backround and all but nuthing works, like i can only see it when i edit my pics but when i go to view them its still the default thing so what do i do?

White or black border? and what kind of border? Just a ordinary border or do you want that Polaroid effect?
And with the codes I gave you, I'm sure you can figure out how to make it visible on your picture page, you weren't using the right codes so thats why it wouldn't work the first time
