Yeah, I'm back again. My mother-in-law wants her bookcovers on her blog, and I figured the best place to put them would be down the right side area where it's basically empty space...
Here's the blog: http://blog.myspace.com/mighty_muse I know I need, i.e., this: <img src="http://usera.imagecave.com/mrsaddair/tn_BEQUESTCOVER.jpgx.jpg" width="124" height="200"> But I don't know what I need in addition to that and where to put it in my CSS to place the images in that area of the page (Or if this is even possible to do on a MySpace Blog). Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching around here and other places, but can't find anything that seems to help. Here's my code: <style> body,xmp,p,div { background: url(http://usera.imagecave.com/mrsaddair/pat10.gif) fixed; font-family:large fonts; text-transform:none; font-size:14px; color:#FFFFFF;border:none;} b,strong,u,i,em,s { bold, underline, italic, and line through } {font-family:medium fonts;text-transform:none;font-size:10px;font-weight:normal;color:#FFFFFF;} a, a:link,a:active,a:visited{font-family:medium fonts; text-transform:uppercase;font-size:10px; color:#FFFFFF;text-decoration:none} a:hover{border-bottom:1px solid #FFFFFF; font-family:medium fonts; text-transform:uppercase;font-size:10px; color:#FFFF00;} table.main { left side module } {background-color:transparent; width:450px;border:1px solid #FFFFFFF;font-family:medium fonts;text-transform:uppercase;font-size:10px;color:#FFFFFF;} table.main TD,table.mainTR { the inside of a table } { set the font style for table } {background-color:transparent; border:none;font-family:medium fonts;text-transform:uppercase;font-size:10px;color:#FFFFFF;} table.nav { table navigations } {background-color:transparent; font-family:medium fonts; text-transform:uppercase;color:#FFFFFF;font-size:10px;} table.header { table header } {width:450px;background-color:transparent;border:1px solid #FFFFFF;font-family:medium fonts;text-transform:uppercase;font-size:10px;color:#FFFFFF;} table.header TH {font-family:medium fonts;color:transparent;font-size:11px;text-decoration:none;font-weight:normal;text-transform:uppercase;border:1px solid #FFFFFF;} table.header TD {background-color:transparent;font-family:medium fonts;color:#FFFFFF;font-size:11px;text-transform:uppercase;text-decoration:none;border:1px solid #FFFFFF;} table.profile{background-color:transparent; width:150px;border:1px solid #FFFFFF; background-color:transparent;text-align:center;text-transform:uppercase;color:#FFFFFF;} table.profile TD {width:150px;background-color:transparent; font-family:medium fonts;color:#FFFFFF;font-size:10px;text-decoration:none;text-transform:uppercase;border:none;} table.blog{width:450px;font-size:12px;font-family:medium fonts;text-transform:uppercase;color:#FFFFFF;text-align:justify;background-color:transparent;border:1px solid #FFFFFF;} .blogTimeStamp { date of blog } {font-size:11px;font-family:medium fonts;text-transform:uppercase;color:#FFFFFF;font-weight:bold;background-color:transparent;text-align:left;line-height:11px;} .blogSubject { subject of blog entry } {font-size:12px;font-family:medium fonts;text-transform:uppercase;color:#FFFFFF;font-weight:bold;background-color:transparent;} .blogContent { body of your blog } {background-color:transparent;font-size:12px;font-family:medium fonts;text-transform:uppercase;color:#FFFFFF;font-weight:normal;margin:0px;border:1px solid #FFFFFF;} .blogContentInfo { time, comments, kudos } {width:450px;background-color:transparent;font-size:7px;font-family:small fonts;text-transform:uppercase;color:#FFFFFF;font-weight:normal;margin:0px;} .blogCommentsProfile { your commenter } {width:150px;font-size:7px;font-family:small fonts;color:#FFFFFF;font-weight:bold;text-transform:uppercase;background-color:transparent;text-align:center;} .blogComments, blogCommentsContent { body of your comments } {width:450px; background-color:transparent;font-size:7px;font-family:small fonts;color:#FFFFFF;text-transform:uppercase;} .blogCommentsContent{background-color:transparent;font-size:7px;font-family:small fonts;color:#FFFFFF;text-transform:uppercase;} .spacer, commentSpacer { space between comment} {height:2;background-color:transparent;} .commentSpacer{height:2;background-color:transparent;} </style> |

Well, I got it to work (sort of). I never could do a code that would insert them as images where I wanted, so I created another background and added them as part of the background.
But if anyone knows how to do it the other way, please let me know, as I would prefer that method. |
