My school's planning an 8th grade prom, and I'm on the committee. I was just wondering,
how do you plan it? What type of music should we play? When should it end? Thanks! |

We are going to have one.. It's going to be fancy and formal. AND I AM SO NOT GOING. :]
Anyway, I have a dance on student council (so that means she's also in the dance committee). I hear they're gonna play a lot of classics and slow songs. And just for the heck of it, throw in some really popular rap songs. But we still have months so that'll change. I hear they can't play rap songs because they don't want people to grind.. AT A FORMAL DANCE. But it was just last year (and years before) that was really formal. I think this year they might twist it so they can add the overly-requested popular rap/mainstream/MTV music. :( we're also gonna have a non-formal one that's half pool party, half dance. I know for sure they're gonna take requests. I'm betting you the requests will be mainstream music, so yeeeea.. |

WTF you're still in middle school? i thought you were a freshman by now! :O aw you're so cute toby. we never had dances in middle school, haha. 8th grade prom sounds interesting. make it fun i guess and don't play too many slow/songs either. play whatever they request. :D yeah |
