So right now, I'm on hold with Adobe for help with Photoshop. It's not launching. Whatever. I called a while back only to find out they lost my registration so they won't replace it I already know.
Anyway, have you ever called tech support and had a bad experience? |

I called tech support for this computer program at my old job,
and when the guy asked, "is your CAPS lock on?" yeah.....it def was. but i sounded SO stupid, i just pretended like it wans't. stayed on the phone for another 10 minutes, until I said to him, "oh well, we tried. i'll figure it out later" hung up. turned off the caps lock. and kept working. god. im an idiot. |
