So right now, I'm on hold with Adobe for help with Photoshop. It's not launching. Whatever. I called a while back only to find out they lost my registration so they won't replace it I already know.
Anyway, have you ever called tech support and had a bad experience? |

Man, when you gotta call up Dell for technical support, they usually first hook you up with some redneck who doesn't know anything about computers, and are so impatient that if they can't understand you, they'll just hang up.
Then if it all goes through like it's supposed to, you get connected to people from India, who are surprisingly better with the computers than the grunts from America, but it's sometimes hard to understand them. Plus, it usually takes a real long time to fix a problem from there. And then if they can't figure out how to fix your problem, then they finally connect you to the real computer gurus, but at that point it's going to cost money. |
