So right now, I'm on hold with Adobe for help with Photoshop. It's not launching. Whatever. I called a while back only to find out they lost my registration so they won't replace it I already know.
Anyway, have you ever called tech support and had a bad experience? |

^Oh, dang. I wasn't hung up on, but I have waited for two hours for Cingular. I was really annoyed, but looking back, it wasn't really that bad of a pain in the ass. I could've been doing homework or watching TV, but instead I decided to bitch in my head about how long it was taking.
Now, if I had something to do during that time, I would never make a call to technical support. Those have never been short calls. I've learned to save a few hours for that kind of thing. |
