How long do you take looking over your post before adding the reply or making a topic? How often do you end up going back to edit your post?

Nowadays, I end up typing something in as a reply, then going to "quick edit" as soon as it's posted. Either to take something out, add something in, or simply correct some sort of grammatical error.
 Watch, I'll probably come back and edit this post even.  Edit: Yep, I spelled, "grammatical" wrong the first time.
