my band page Options

i had a custom made header

for my band page

but everytime i try to add it in, since the way you put in a layout for a band page is different than a normal page, it doesnt go as a header

i was wondering if anyone knew how to add a top banner.header onto a music page

i hahve a header

and i want it to go below the links...so you can click on music, classifieds and so on

BUT...

when i try to put it under

and it wants me to submit it

the header covers up the submit button so i cant

is there any other way to submit other than hitting the button?
