i got a picture message sent to my phone, and i'm trying to open it but when i do and press download, it won't let me. it says unable to download message. i have a razor. what do i do to open it?

I'm not excactly sure, but umm, can you go on the internet on your phone? I got picture messages, but I couldn't download it. Someone told me it was because my plan didn't let me access the internet. Not sure if it's true, but it could be the problem.
