I been making my profile, I like it the way it is now but I want to unhide my top friends. I read another thread about this in this forum but I couldn't find the code he was told to take out in mine.

It's bloody huge and cluttered.
Can someone go through and remove the crap in there that is doing nothing but wasting loading time please.
Also I want to make the nav bar at the top of the page visible.

Remove:

We can't remove what wasts loading time because its your profile and we don't know what you want. Usually stuff like surveys, and a lot of pictures, and slideshows screws up your loading time. So you can see if you have stuff like that an remove some.
