Women wear make up because it enhances their features. And it makes them feel less self conscious. There's nothing wrong with wearing make up. Trust me, most guys don't even know when a woman is wearing make up.

P.S. You know, you've got to be really stupid/narrow-minded if you actually think one race looks better than another. You can't categorize people like that. There are beautiful people in each race. Jeez, talk about being racist.
