How Do I Remove The Background Of The Tables (The Blue-ish Color on the Left, and the Orange Color on the Right Tables)? |

How can I remove the blue default background on the left tables (Interests, Details, Companies/Schools), and remove the orange default background on the right tables (Blogs, About Me, Who I'd Like To Meet, Friends/Comments), and maybe just make it all white?
If you could help me, I'd definitely appreciate it.
