IE & Firefox help, freezes, connection |

So I have IE and Firefox and i'm having problems with both.
For IE, My mom tried updating it to the new version, but when we got it, it kept saying the connection was reset even though we were connected to the internet. so then i uninstalled the update and went back to the old one. but now, it will only let me go on my homepage and when i try to go on any other page, it freezes and sometimes all these windows start poping up. For firefox, i have to keep installing and uninstalling it because it keeps saying the connection was reset and i don't know any other way to fix it. I know i'm connected to the internet, though, because my connection status says 'connected' and i can go on messenger. Help, please?

Are you on a wireless connection? Try a grounded internet connection.
And again, scan your computer with Ad-Aware. It'll get rid of the malware on your computer. |
