Who would agree with me that three-four years ago, xanga was a popular website where you knew a lot of people (like your friends) posted blogs there and was so addicted to it? And as years went on, a lot of people quit xanga, and they all use myspace or facebook. Oh, what a big change

What I don't understand is how Xanga and MySpace could be so blatantly compared, they have two very different purposes. Xanga is for blogging, MySpace is for communication. Yes, Xanga can be used for communication and MySpace can be used for blogging, but overall they can't be compared directly as which is "better". The prime similarity is that they were/are two very humungous internet phenomenons.
