The other day I was talking with my mom about who she dated before my dad, and she was like, "SHHH HE'S STILL AROUND, QUIET!"
 And she said my cheapo dad took her and some other girl along on a double date once when they were in college (University of Wisconsin!) and he made her pay for her own ticket, because he said she had enough money to do that..  Afterwards, he took them both to MCDONALD'S.My dad is freaky.  If I ever met a guy like that, I'd run away, haha.

My parents' first meeting is decidely much less romantic than yours (yeah, imagine that) and sort of embarrassing, so that story's a no-post.
