its about this layout. can someone show me how to put my top friends into small scrollbar moreinfoaboutme section? pls help . prettypleasaee.?

Uhm, well the only way your going to be able to do this on that type of layout is to either contact the original designer of that layout and find out that its okay to edit it in anyway. And if you want the original friends to show up then well your going to have to alter the coding some.

If you want a custom friend space just make a new div:

Change the width and height for the size of the div(scrollbox) and then change the top and left to position the div.
