My case isnt jocker. stupid effin moffer effer peoples need to stop distributing my layouts out without my permission and when i notice them they never take it off even when i emailed them 3 times! #$@%@#$%@# Seriously, who the EFF input their layouts in the database and DONT know whom layouts it is. ^ I don't make layouts so I don't have this problem but I share your frustration out of the sheer audacity of anyone to distribute layouts without credit or permission. Unfortunately, there is no way of enforcing copyright infringement. cB needs to take this up though - like you said, a LOT of the layouts are from here, and some still bear the cB hosting images.

EDIT: On their Myspace layouts homepage, they say their layouts are 'provided by createblog'. Is this true?

If you meant having the owner's permission, then, that would be false. SO very false. I came across another layout site, MySpaceTweaks.info, that provided Xanga and MySpace and many are from createBlog. This is probably the first time anyone of them has actually responded to me about removing the layouts. Though, it's very very very annoying that the images are all still hosted on cB's servers. I mean, disrespectful much? I appreciate that they responded but wow, there are more layout sites than we can imagine.

Have you been to Ultimatemyspace.com? There are like SO many layouts that was taken from CB and their email adress to contact them are false. I mean it was really annoying >_>

We've seen a lot of them, people constantly post or pm them to most of the mods, but there is nothing we can do. Most of them don't even have contact information.

We've seen so many sites it sucks that we can barely remove the layout. There are topics in feedback or somewhere with links to a bunch. Jockers suck. End of story. The sad part is there is nothing we can really do to stop them. Yea, i've been in the situation before and it sucked, but pretty much I barely even care anymore. (Esepcially since I don't really make layouts anymore, except for my personal website). Theres always the chance of us spamming their email. That will remove yours maybe , but what about everyone else? Trust me, I wish they would stop stealing all the layouts off of here as well. Even if we got them to remove them, I have a feeling they will do it again anyway. The internet isn't regulated. When you post something you are letting it be viewed by millions/billions of people. Same goes for layouts and your are allowing all these people to take them.

Sometimes, I wish cb layouts weren't so out there. Like you would have to have a grip load of posts to access them, but sadly that wouldn't even work out so well.
