how do u make a background layout |

i have tried everything to come up with my own back ground i kno what i want but every time i go to make my background it dont seem

You get a graphics program (ms paint, photoshop, paint shop pro, gimp, etc). Then you just read tutorials and use brushes, textures, etc to come up with it.
Or do you mean what sizes? Etc... |
