Gosh , painting in CS with a mouse is hard.
I did blurring here not exactly what your supposed to do , but my next one includes no blurring and looks actually nice , so watch out for that one.  Edited the title for you, It said "Difgital Art, Attempt".  -StanleyThePanda

It looks good for a first, The only thing I dont like is the skin shading (especially in the cheek area). Other than that, Awesome job.
