Asian Lanterns, have you ever made one?

Hey, i've been working on redecorating my room an asian theme and one of the main ideas are chinese or any kinds of lanterns. Due to the lack of asian stores in my neighborhood i was wondering if by any chance anyone knows how to make a decent one? Not the easy kiddy ones were you cut here cut there put it on some twine and here you go.

basically ones like these



if you know of any online resources please tell me =]

If you still haven't found anything, you could probably construct the bottom lanterns by painting on vellum (you can get it at pretty much craft stores), building a wood frame and painting it black, then sticking a light bulb inside. tongue.gif
