Ever took notes in class or jotted something down and not read it? For example, I could be in school taking notes and not reading what I'm copying down. Then, when I get home to study from my notes, none of it makes sense, words are switched around, repeated words, etc. Then in my head I'm thinking...what did I write? Other times, I jot down a note and hours later I try to read it and I can't.

Haha happens to me all the time
sometimes i jump around a lot or i use a shortened version and well I make it too short as to where I dont understand what I meant by it Most of the time im pretty good at keeping my notes clear and organized it also depends on what kind of day it is and what mood im in, whether im distracted, or tired & etc |
