^ it's actually more strenuous than tennis. If you ever train, you'd know. I have friends who play both tennis and badminton, and they say that badminton is so much tougher.

^ it's actually more strenuous than tennis. If you ever train, you'd know. I have friends who play both tennis and badminton, and they say that badminton is so much tougher. Badminton is tougher because you get a better cardio workout (running) since it is the fastest racket sport. Tennis is slower, but needs more power behind each swing. So it's a matter of endurance for each. Oh yeah, and badminton has more of a variety of shots, which take a while to master while you can only do basically one type of "shot" with the ball being able to hit the floor and all in tennis. In addition, badminton has a smaller racket, which demands a better hand-eye coordination. |
