For a default, its extremely simple. My favorite color is green, so kudos for the green header
 Although, this is the blogger showcase, people usually show off their snazzy designs they made themselves, but there isn't any blogger rules so I suppose its okay? Perhaps head over to blogger help and perhaps make your own design instead of being stuck with a default
