Problem w/ comments div, Doesn't show up Options

I placed this

And then I placed this

As you can see, it's just a huge, white box on my page. Can anyone help me with what's wrong, or give me another code that works? (I've already tried the one listed in Myspace scripts, and it doesn't show up anywhere on my page.)
