First of all, define "cold." I'm from Washington and anything below 60 degrees is deemed cold. We're lame like that.
I wear short skirts all the time, even when it's 2 degrees outside. Flip flops, too. Am I stupid? No? Pants can get really old. Might as well suck it up. Besides, you're only outside for like, 5-10 minutes at most. Most of the day you're inside. [Edit] "idk.. it just depends how cold it is. i live in california and to me anything under 65 is colddd. it looks okay sometimes but if it`s like straight RAINING and the chicks in a skirt.. i`m going to be like "are you stupid?" ;/ Wow, totally just saw this.
