Lent may only apply to Christians, but if you are one and are celebrating Lent, what are you giving up starting tomorrow? Or, if you're not a Christian or don't celebrate Lent, what's one thing you would give up? Or the other way around, what's one thing you don't think you'd ever be able to?
Starting tommorow, I'm giving chocolate and fast food. I have up chocolate last year for Lent, too, and ooooh-wee, the first couple weeks were terrible. |

Lent? Do real Christians even still celebrate that? Haha. I don't. The only people I know who celebrate that is Catholics. But, that's just me. I'm not giving up anything. If I want to give up something for God, I'm not going to give it up for forty days.
i always give up candy, so i'm gonna give up eating junk, and cutting back on time wasted online. Posts: 2,146 Maybe getting away from cB for a while would be good too. That really goes to anyone who sits infront of their computer each day after school and posts a million posts here. Joshhhh.... Hollyyyyy.... |
