How do people become mentors, what are their roles anyway?

There is absolutely no need to make a comparison.
Regarding the head staff verbiage, the key word there is "can." Sammi has been here for a very very long time and Ju-Sun, not Mona or Kiera asked her to be a mentor as far as I know. Also, how exactly would you know what she (Sammi) does and does not contribute as far as ideas go? And again - if Suzzette wants to PM Kiera or Mona, let her. She's a big girl and if she wants a mentor position she's more than capable of asking. :) |
