I made a animation in adobe ImageReady. & saved it as an .gif file. But when I tried to upload it. The file is to big. How do i fix this problem?

seeing as i don't know anything about imageready, make sure that theres no way to compress the file or reduce the size when you save it. there might not be that option at all...i don't really know.
