QUOTE(lAzN YiN YanGl @ Jun 8 2004, 11:20 AM) *points*....stalker...haha its all good...thanks for the advice...but damn i do feel scrawny now...200 crunches? >.< hahahaha.. yea i just realized that a lot of the posts i was responding too were ones you created hahaha.. i just comment on anything i see open and interesting to talk about haha.. you're not scrawny .. for many it's hard to gain the weight and look bigger. my brother is madddd skinny.. no matter what he does he stays that way .. he'll eat like a pig and it doesn't help either. but what i had him do was to increase the meat and carbs he eats to gain the weight -- over winter is really good too because your body naturally retains a lot more fat as if you were going to go into hibernation. and in the springtime he can work all that fat into muscle weight when it gets warmer.. that's for bulking up if you feel really small and you want to look bigger hehe. and yes i used to do 200 crunches a day which wasn't too much. and after about a month or so i was able to comfortably do 1000+ crunches .. you have to be dedicated and do it everyday though. once you lose it you can lose the definition in your abs again. |
