My very date & nervous Options

Well this is pretty weird for me to ask but...what should I do to prepare for a date?

Some info that would help

• I'm 19 hes 27
• Were going to the movies & then get take out or something

As you can tell hes an older guy & I want to make a good impression. A bit help on how to look more mature/my age(I'm often mistaken for a 16 yr old. Can you say "jailbait" LOL) but mainly the etiquette of going on a date. Its next saturday so I have some time.

Okay, far be it from me to criticize the age difference between you; You're an adult and you can make your own decisions, so I'll give you some solid advice.

-Ask him what kind of things he likes: Movies, music, hobbies, etc. Guys love it when a girl shares their interests.

-Don't talk too much.
I'm not saying that you should clam up and sit there in silence, but you should make sure that you're being a good listener. Pay attention to what he says.

-Be open.
If you seem guarded, that will turn him off. Act like you really want to be there with him.

-Smile!
I can't stress this enough. Again, make it seem like you WANT to be there. Besides, almost everyone looks better when they smile.

-Don't stress.
Don't worry. Relax, and at the date, make sure that your conversation flows naturally. Don't plan out what you're going to say, or you'll sound rehearsed.

As for the mature look, there are a few things you can do to appear more your age.

Makeup: Try either a smoky eye or a "stained" lip. NOT both at the same time. Smoky eyes scream sexy, while stained lips are sophisticated.

-To "stain" your lips, run your finger over a semi-dark shade of lipstick (a shade of red is ideal) and blot it onto your lips. Then smack your lips together and you're done.

You should wear nice heels, unless you're outrageously tall or have trouble walking in them. Heels and a blazer or button down shirt make for a very sophisticated look. If that's too dressed up for the occasion, try a casual blouse, jeans, and a cute pair of boots.
