I'm so sure that I completely slaughtered that quote from Hotel Rwanda, but I'm pretty sure I got the essence. In the scene, they are watching the video they had made of the violence and killings occuring butween the Hutus and the Tutsis. Don Cheadle's character is sure that broadcasting the video in America will cause change in Rwanda; but alas, change is slow to happen when the poor, not the rich, are suffering. What have you done to end suffering in this world? How have you made the world a better place? |

 Re-reading my first post, I think I was being a weee bit condescending and forceful. It's just that at the time, I was feeling so...lazy. Like I wanted to get up and do something big, something memorable that would be mentioned at like, my eulogy.And Dee, since when was saying hi and holding doors lame? That stuff can be considered pretty generous now-a-days. (: And yeah, we're all young, and I guess we all make a difference in our own small ways, I guess I'm being all over-dramatic.
