Layout not showing up, CreateBlog.com layout won't show... Options

Okay, I've checked the other threads but I couldn't find out what's wrong with my page... It doesn't seem to load in Firefox or IE (only the top ad/searchbar shows and then stops loading completely). I tried refreshing but it doesn't work.

Yea I am using the code you posted. I say this. Delete everything in all the sections, whatever you want to keep save to your computer. Then paste the code in again and save.
