I've heard really terrible stories abou uber-competive-ness at school; like dog-eat-dog in the classroom in high school.
Nobody at my school is like, extremely cut-throat, but there are kids who will do anything to one-up that one certain person who always seems to "beat them" without trying. |

i'm pretty smart, like i usually have a b, b+, or a- average.
so i get pretty good test grades [ i study a lot ] and when i get a lower grade then somebody, they go like OMFG I GOT BETTER THAN JINNNY! and they start telling everybody but we're not that competitivee |
