every single day i have terrible purple circles under my eyes...
anybody know some remedies to get rid of them? or something to make them not so puffy and noticeable? && i cant wear make up... im a boy. |

Well, if you want to consider it makeup, then yeah, it's makeup. It's basically just liquidy powder taht's the shade of your skin. (used to hide bags and what not)
