I've heard really terrible stories abou uber-competive-ness at school; like dog-eat-dog in the classroom in high school.
Nobody at my school is like, extremely cut-throat, but there are kids who will do anything to one-up that one certain person who always seems to "beat them" without trying. |

Everyone's really competitive in my Language Arts class.. I strive to be at the top of the class, but there's always some people who try to get a better score than me. We have extra credit tickets we could use to raise up our scores.. Someone already had an A and put all hers in so she could have a higher avergae than anyone else..
