Colorization, taking out psp from a long hybernation Options

I haven't taken PaintShopPro out for a really long time now, mostly because I've run out of ideas and I have absolutely no creativity these days.

Anyways, I made a colorization, because I was bored today. I don't have photoshop, so I couldn't make it too snazzy, but I think it looks okay since I did this in about 10-15 minutes.

I basically just brightened the image, made the skin & hair a natural tone; I spent most of the time on the eyes and lips, though I don't really like the eyeshadow, and I couldn't really get the lips right..

I feel like I can't criticize it since it was made in such a short time, but eh... :D I will anyway.

The skin is too yellow, it does not look natural, try a light orange shade instead. The lips look like lipstick, which doesn't work since this is supposed to look natural unless you wanted it to look like that. The eyeshadow looks like a real skin tone, so if you changed the skin tone, you'd have to probably change the eyeshadow. The whites of the eye should be colored a light blue or maybe even a light pink. Right now you can tell they're grey. The blues of the eye are unnaturally blue as well.

I think you have a good overall idea and you are great at keeping in the lines, the colors just need tweaking.
