I'm not very flexable or too much in good shape, though. [[Don't get me wrong, I'm not fat. xDD]] I can't run a mile in less than 10 minutes or anything. I can't do a push up. I can play almost any sport though, not including soccer...heh-- but I'm just thinking about joining it so I can have something to do instead of just sitting at home doing nothing!

Got any tips for my tryouts or conditioning? I really think I need the help. xD

it really depends on your school.
like my school has a JV and a Varisty
for JV you just have to smile and have good hand movments
for Varstiy you have to know how to tumble and what not
just do your best
and rember to smile ALL the time even if you mess up
