Hi! Does anyone know where to find a good tutorial or who can explain how to make an animated text shine like this?

I did, that's the thing...
I know it's got to be the way I'm grouping it, but I've tried it in like 10 ways and I don't understand why it isn't working! :( **Here are 2 screenshots of what it looks like a couple of ways I grouped it... Layer one is the gradient and createblog is the text BTW
