We all have had those friendships where we were once really close but now, it seems like we never talk. A lot of times it's because of distance: you go to a different school now, you moved, etc.
But in those cases, couldn't you just call them every now and then and keep that friendship alive? So, basically, for those friendships, in your personal experience has it been your fault that the friendship isn't alive? Or have you put in the work but weren't getting much work back? |

I've had like five of those relationships. I've tried to keep it going, but they are just stupid bitches.
[Becky] One got pregnant. [Angelina] One is older than me, so I feel that she doesn't want to deal with some one 'immature.' [Rebecca] One is just suicidal and stopped receiving my calls. [Shawna] One was a total bitch cause she thought I liked her sister when actually I liked her. Then she got a boyfriend who is a total douche bag. [Stacey] The other stopped talking to me really after my friend broke up with her. All of them I was close with. The third one was my girlfriend. The suicidal one. |
