Congrats to Suzzette (brownsugar) for winning January's MotM!

How it works:
Everyone posts in this thread with the ONE person they believe has stood out the most during the month. The staff will then vote out of the nominations to decide who wins.

Rules:
- You must only make one nomination.
- You may not nominate yourself.
- You cannot nominate someone who's already won in the past 2 months.
- The member must be an Official Member/Designer.
- Staff may not make nominations.

I was joking, but... if you wan to take things seriously again... you're always ready to cast the first stone aren't you James? James, if you weren't such a hypocrite I would listen to you. In saying what you said, you took my words out of the context for which they were meant. It was entirely meant as a joke, and that is why I included smilies (a.k.a - "O_O"). So, in taking what I said out of context don't you think you're twisting the meaning behind my words?

Don't bother replying to my posts if you're going to tell me what to do. I don't respect people who treated me like garbage, continue to treat me like garbage, and flaunt meaningless titles such as "People's Staff". Congratulations James, you have been promoted to "Assistant to the Regional Manager". You now have the power to be annoying, but James I have more power on this site than you do. You can do whatever you want to me, and I can always come back to say what I want to say:

• Warn Me: I don't care
• Mod Preview: I'll make a new name, I can still say what I want.
• Suspend Me: I'll make a new name, I can still say what I want.
• IP Ban Me:: I'll make a phone call to change my IP address.

You, on the other hand, care about your position as a staff member. You have a weakness. You actually care about an virtual title, and you will fight tooth and nail to defend it. All this stress and... for what? Do you get anything out of this site James? You don't get paid James. You won't receive anything for your resume. Is it recognition, a sense of accomplishment, or is it, dare I say, a selfless act? In 3 years your par Outside of CreateBlog.com your recognition as a "Staff" member means nothing. Why do you bother? Why do you stress about me, Jeremy, and/or Jake? I wonder if you say anything about me backstage James.. Holly doesn't talk to me about anything like that anymore... That's why I'm asking.

We can't talk about her "job" on staff because your strict "rules" don't allow her to vent her daily frustrations with her fellow co-workers (Which I'm sure she has). Your such an ignorant, hypocritical, judgmental jerk I guess I can't understand why why anyone working with you wouldn't. Why don't you tell me what you say about me backstage. I assume you talk about me backstage... I'm sorry... waste time and energy on me.

You know who gets paid for your work? Have you noticed all the advertisements on this site? I have, and do you know who gets paid for having them there? Ju-sun, he gets paid for every single one. You see nothing, but he does thank you at the end of the year by sending you a box off chocolates as your yearly salary. Ju-sun is like a shitty tenant. No communication, doesn't care, he just collects the rent at the end of every month.

So James, don't bother warning me or telling me what to do you ignorant little boy. You're wasting your time. On the other hand, if you want to earn my respect. You might not be wasting your time.

To say on topic:
I vote for JakeKKing as member of the month.
