I'm not very flexable or too much in good shape, though. [[Don't get me wrong, I'm not fat. xDD]] I can't run a mile in less than 10 minutes or anything. I can't do a push up. I can play almost any sport though, not including soccer...heh-- but I'm just thinking about joining it so I can have something to do instead of just sitting at home doing nothing!

Got any tips for my tryouts or conditioning? I really think I need the help. xD

Stretch every single day for as long as possible. Do your homework and watch tv in a straddle split (or as far as you can go)

Do you have a cartwheel and a roundoff?
