I'm not very flexable or too much in good shape, though. [[Don't get me wrong, I'm not fat. xDD]] I can't run a mile in less than 10 minutes or anything. I can't do a push up. I can play almost any sport though, not including soccer...heh-- but I'm just thinking about joining it so I can have something to do instead of just sitting at home doing nothing!

Got any tips for my tryouts or conditioning? I really think I need the help. xD

when i tried out for my school's team (i didn't get in), they thought a cheer and a dance. we didn't really do any conditioning though.

tips (stuff i picked up that the team stressed):
-keep your arms tight and movements sharp
-don't look dead, SMILE!
-you need energy so don't make dead movements with no life in them
-be loud! if they teach you cheers, make sure you are heard.
