i have another question. now that i fixed my friends nd comments i have another problem. the layout is slowing my page down nd freezing it! is there a way i can fix this without taking down the layout???

What browser are you using? I think it may be your computer though. I viewed your layout (just the codes you posted) in to a other myspace and I don't seem to be having the problem in IE or AOL browser.
