so, me and my boyfriend broke up tonight. he was my first bf, but we only went out for 5 weeks. i certainly wasn't in love with him, and i don't feel at all sad. i knew it was coming. in the car on the way home he just blurts out, "i think we should just be friends" and i said, "yeah, i've been thinking the same thing" - which is true. he said he wants to still be friends and hang out though. but we'll see.
just wondering - how was YOUR first breakup? not bad at all, or horrible? are you two still friends? |

When my first boyfriend and I broke up, I pushed it off like it didn't really matter to me and I kept telling people that I was fine. Because I put up a wall and didn't express what I was really feeling it killed when I did. It took about a week until I realized that we weren't together at all and that we weren't even talking like we used to.. and yea that makes me sound dumb because I didn't realize it.. but seriously I didn't want to realize it.
