Since you're using the default myspace player, you can't actually place it in a div, but you can change the position of it on your page. Have you tried the codes in the Scripts section for moving the player?

CODE

<style type=text/css>
td td embed {width:0px; height:0px;}
td td embed, td td object {width:240px; height:49px;position:absolute;left:00px;top:00px;}
td.text embed, td.text object {width:320px; height:240px;}
td.text embed {width:320px; height:240px;}
td.text embed {width:auto; height:auto;}
td.text embed, td.text object {width:auto; height:auto;}</style>

Change the 00's to where you want it to be. It should work.

Taken from this script.
