okay, come on. YOu guys make a big stink about the bylaws, then when we say "oh, well, you don't need to wait for micron", you dissapear.

Actually, it's funny that you mention it. By-Laws has been brought to the table again. It's something several of us have been thinking over for quite some time now. There's a pretty good foundation here, it just needs some updating.
Also, having By Law mods is (in my opinion) a good way of having some real input by those who aren't necessarily on staff AND can have some control in this environment. For example, it seems that this forum is sort of a living breathing thing. Why wait for a staff member if you're a By-Law moderator and are updating By-Laws, you need the permissions necessary to update threads, close threads, etc. (and on a selfish note, can delete/close spam threads.  )I would think, especially after all the recent feedback regarding hiring and warning and what not that this is something that would be desired, especially now. |
