Dreamweaver Tables Options

I wrote out all my text in Dreamweaver for my website, but when I added it in dreamweaver in a DIV table, it stretched out, but when there was less text the other tables widended and the other tables shrunk. Here is my code, could somebody tell me why it's not working , try and paste text into dreamweaver and see what happens:
