Cursing is more of a venial sin(two types of sins if people didn't know). Venial sins doesn't affect the relationship of God, but affect the relationship of others, which I learned in Bible School..

I know there are two type of sins but I thought they do affect God, I thought there was sinning that absolutely cannot enter Heaven while the other sin can but is still bad against God. How is a venial sin really a sin if it just affects those around you and not God? It still affects God. For an example in the 10 commandments it states that you should love your neighbor and your enemy, that's respecting another person but your also respecting God by doing this. |
