in thie picture the person has a shadow behind her so it kinda looks like she's popping out of the picture... does anyone know how to do that... also... are the hanging stars and cloud type thing a brush? if it is does anyone know where to get it?

the shadow is a dropshadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow. the hanging stars are most likely just a combination of custom shapes. you can create the star, and then add the line, both in the same color. |
