ok well, ever since i was little i had two best friends
one guy and one girl
and we've been friends since 3rd grade
we did everything together when we were kids
i had feelings for him since i was little
i knew who he liked for a long time and i tried to get them together but she never liked him and three years later , i heard a rumor that he liked me so we were together "mutally" for a month and 2 months and i kept on waiting for him to ask me out but he never did
so i ignored him sad.gif and he tried everything to talk to me but i was stubborn so i never gave him a chance.
until the middle of that year i really missed him so i tried everything to talk to him
but it was a little too late so he completely ignored me cry.gif
i gave him a birthday present but he never took it
and i said sorry to him many many times
and now this year i kno that hes moving
but i still have feelings for him
and im really scared to tell him cause i kno he would say no
but for some reason this year he seems to notice me a lot more than last year
he is the first guy i met in america and my first best friend
its been 2 years since we havent talked
we pass each other in the hall all the time and thats the only time when i can glance at him
it hurts a lot to kno that from now on hes not gonna be here anymore
and a lot of my friends are telling me to move on
so..
i have 2 questions
1. should i keep on trying or move on?
2. should i give him a present before he goes?

please help me, it would mean a lot cry.gif

Honestly, you need to move on.

Before he leaves, you might want to tell him how you felt all this time so you can get that off your chest and start a new chapter in your life and push this all behind you.

It doesn't matter if you give him a gift, just let him know how you felt so you can move on and not wonder "what ifs".
